BOOTY BIBLE BOOTCAMPS— for CHARITY! ????? … My idea is turning to reality! I’m teaming up with my gym @fitathletic to host the FIRST official BOOTY BIBLE BOOTCAMP later this summer. It’s going to be at their brand new San Diego, MISSION BEACH location, and get this— the gym is literally ON THE BEACH. ? It‘s the most epic gym I’ve ever been to. And Booty Bible Bootcamp goers will be the first to see it. – We’ll have a meet & greet, special prizes and giveaways, do a killer BOOTY WORKOUT together, tour the gym and most importantly, RAISE MONEY for a local charity. FIT TIP — W A T E R ? One of the most overlooked tools when it comes to fat loss (in my experience, besides consistency)! – I can’t stress this enough to clients, and even to myself when I forget. DRINKING ENOUGH WATER is a HUGE factor when it comes to losing fat. Along with proper diet and exercise, adding this factor to the equation should help make it an easier experience by speeding things up and keeping progress consistent! Every time I seem to plateau in progress and I’m realizing I’m not drinking enough water, I break the plateau as soon as I get consistent with it again! So drink up little fishies, you got this! ?? – TIPS FOR WATER INTAKE: I aim to drink 1 gallon per day. To make it easier, I ALWAYS have my water bottle with me. I make it taste good, by putting things like crushed ice, lemon ?, cucumber ? or even mint ? in there. Sometimes I do crystal light or a mio squeeze but it’s also important not to take in too many artificial sweeteners, you’re sweet enough already! ? – #fittip #fatlosstip
