In my dreams you are mine, in my reality you are my dream. @rixosthepalmdubai it was such an amazing stay. Food was simply delicious, beach and swimming pool were very beautiful and my room… well, you made me feel like a ?. I hope to come back here very soon. Maybe that’s not perfect place to post it but I would also love to mention that today in my country we celebrate 100th anniversary of Poland regaining its Independence. We are not perfect as Polish people but when we love something we are ready to die for it. One line of the resolution reads as follows: regaining independence happened due to devotion and heroism not only on battlefields, but also in everyday efforts to preserve the spiritual and material substance of the nation as well as in everyday endurance of Polish families. Nie jesteśmy idealni, ale na pewno umiemy walczyć o to co kochamy! The focus of fitness has shifted for a lot of women in recent years. Instead of working out to fit into the social standard of beauty, women are embracing fitness as a way to feel their best and maintain a healthy lifestyle. This is an amazing shift in mentality BUT I’ve seen women get pretentious about it. A lot of women like to get fit for events like prom, a vacation, or a wedding. Sometimes women who are working out for an event get called out on not being body positive. A woman can be body positive and still want to build herself a booty. Body positivity is an amazing new idea in society that has really improved a lot of lives. It gives girls courage to be themselves and have confidence at any size and shape. But when we accuse women of being body negative, we hurt women as a whole. It’s okay for people to have opinions about their own body. It’s not a crime if someone wants to do some pushups to tone their arms. The problem lies when someone is openly criticizing someone else’s body. Yes, that still happens, but I’ve seen women get attacked on social media for wanting to lose weight before their own wedding. And thats’s wrong. We have no right to tell someone what they can and can’t do. Remember that there’s nothing wrong with working out to look good so please don’t bring another woman down for taking an interest in her appearance. She isn’t shallow, body negative or any other negative you feel like it’s your place to say to her. Some of my morning thoughts ?

Happy birthday to the most caring and loving girl in the world ❤️ I don’t know what I would do without you @sabikontor It’s amazing to have someone who knows everything about me and still loves me. Thank you for making me smile when I was downhearted and felt like my days were dragging through the same story over and over again. I will always remember the jokes you rehearsed just to cheer me up, and the brutally honest truth you gave me when I needed them. Thank you for bringing color into my world that was slowly becoming black and white. Thank you for the hours we spent owning the world. I’m not sure I’ll ever come across such wonderful, thick-skinned friends who shouts loudly at the gym just to make one repeat more and don’t care about people staring at us. Thank you for the adventures that helped me prove to myself that I’m stronger than I imagined. You’ve made me realize that life isn’t only about finding purpose, or looking for your better half, or being successful, but also searching for friendships that will last for a lifetime.
